About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see the world through the eyes of others

ABOUT ME

I'm an engineer for my day job, but I love learning and traveling. I'd love nothing more than a great conversation over excellent coffee, and to learn everything about the part of the world that you call home. I find myself always fascinated that we all have the same basic needs - food, shelter, etc - yet we have vastly different ways of achieving them. And I don't think any particular way is "right" or "wrong", just unique to a place, culture, or preference.

So I tend to be ecclectic - influenced by a litle of everything from a little of everywhere, and I'm always looking for new friends to teach me amazing things about places I never knew I always wanted to visit!

PHILOSOPHY

No one has all the right answers. I hope to incorporate the good philosophies I learn from the people I meet into my own life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to a mud volcano near Cartagena, Colombia. I met some awesome people at the hostel I stayed at, and we all went together. The mud was a bit lukewarm, and it was impossible to sink! We couldn't even push each other down. My friends have told me the photos make us all look like statues - since we were covered head to foot in grey mud!
