Born and raised in Mexico. I´m currently attending a master´s biotech program at University of Waterloo and just moved to Canada a few weeks ago. I love life and nature in all their expressions: from a little squirrel crossing the street to a great landscape on a desert´s beach; I like to translate this world´s wonders into a piece of paper (or pixels) so I´m currently learning nature and lanscape photography. I´m pretty active and I enormously enjoy being outdoors (camping or fishing is always a great Idea).

I´m a sports lover so my lyfestyle involves them with frecuency, I practice martial arts and I´m a swimmer but I´m willing to practice any sports of any kind any time so If you want to go for run, swimming, rock climbing, kick the ball or catch some passes; I´m your guy.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I consider my self a very open-welcoming guy and I really love learning about different cultures and places. I think CS can give me the chance to host and show people the place where I live and make them feel comfortable. I haven't actually couchsurfed yet, but I am definitively not here to take advantage of a free accomodation. I have a small but charming appartment to receive people at home and I want travelers to benefit from it.

Music: So many that is hard to list; I listen to almost any kind of musical genre, it depends on the mood I am on, one day you will find me listening to Vivaldi, Schubert and Chipin and the next day I´ll probably be listening to Salsa or maybe Metallica.

Movies: Warrior, The godfather, The shawshank redemption, Requiem for a dream, Pulp fiction, Drive, 28 days later, Prisoners, Martyrs, Amores perros .. just to mention some of my favorites.

Books: I´d rather name my fav authors: Hemingway, Kafka, Lovecraft, Poe, Paz, Saramago, Cortázar, Pacheco, Murakami, Tolkien, R. R. Martin, Auel, Restrepo, Grisham, Osho, Rampa, García-Márquez, Huxley
