ABOUT ME

I'm a 22 year old student of Information Science.
Me and my 18 year old brother are interested in staying in the UK from 10.08. to 31.08.2013. We are both from Germany. My brother goes to grammar school. We would like to visit England to get to know the culture, make new friends and improve our language skills. We could also offer to help with housekeeping, gardening or to give accomodation to someone from Great Britain in return (in Germany near the lake of Constance, would be possible for up to 1 month). We want to really get to know everyday life and meet new interesting people. We would be glad if we could do any practical work during our stay

I'm a christian, so my philosophy is to follow the things written in the bible. I respect other opinions.

I'm new to CS, so I didn't participate in any events until now. But I would like to host someone, especially English speaking people or to visit the UK.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to listen to the Wise Guys and Phil Collins. But most of the time I rather prefer to make music myself than just listen to it. So if you're interested in music, too and you're playing an instrument, I would be glad to meet you. I don't watch so much movies, but I know a few good ones: "The Kings Speech", "Vitus", "Brother Bear", "Notting Hill" and "Barfuß". I read a lot as well, especially biographies.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach playing the piano and also some programming in Java.
I'd like to learn to play the guitar.
