Hello! I’m Ann from Ukraine.
I was born in a small Ukrainian town with population only 60 000. I lived there for 17 years but always had a dream to move to a big city after my graduation. I made everything for it and now I live in Kyiv and study in the best University in Ukraine. My field of study is English and Spanish languages and literature. I really like languages and I want to connect my life with them and make it my profession.
I have a lot of hobbies, but the most important are painting (I was a student of art school for 6 years and graduated in 2013), swimming and cooking. Also I am fond of music and I like to visit different concerts and festivals (both of Ukrainian and foreign singers or groups). I like the music that much that I even was a volunteer on Eurovision this spring.
My biggest passion is travelling, because I like to discover new things.

The world is very big and I want to explore it. I think that after every trip your outlook becomes wider and you start looking for new opportunities. Moreover it's a great opportunity to meet new people. I really like to meet foreigners and talk to them. Getting new friends somewhere is always great and you can learn something from them, so it's a great experience!

音乐、电影和书籍

I'm a real fan of music and it could be different genres. Everything depends on the situation and on the mood. I love Ukrainian music and of course a lot of foreign artists and groups. My favourite are Adele, Hurts, Maroon 5, Shakira, Sia.
My favourite genre of movies is thriller. I like when the end is unexpected.
My favourite book is Bulgakov's "Master and Margarita".

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was 18 I travelled abroad for the first time. It was Istanbul and then other Turkish cities(but in other cities I was with a group). It was really crazy because I was alone and in Istanbul it was very difficult to find somebody who speaks English. After that experience I feel myself more confident, independent and I know that I can handle any kind of situation.
Another amazing thing is paragliding from the mountain 2000m height also in Turkey.

I'm a Ukrainian and I love my motherland very much, so I can tell you anything you want to know about my country. I really want to communicate with my host because it's always interesting to meet new people especially when they are from other country. I like cooking especially making some desserts because I'm a sweet tooth, so I can cook for you and even better if it will be with you, because it's always more cool to do something together;) And if you join me I can sing and dance;)
