Youthful mind and heart trapped in an aging body. I do my best to slow down the physical deterioration, because 1/ I hate pain, 2/ I still have so much to do (places to go, people to meet...) and 3/like everyone, I love it when people guess my age at 10 years less... :-). I am an American born (half) hispanic whose ancestors came with the first conquistadors. The other half is early American English stock settled in the south. I married a Frenchman, had 3 daughters and a wonderful life together, full of love and light. I am now a merry widow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I often travel alone, so it would be wonderful to be able to meet new people and share experiences and points of view. Hotels can be very impersonal (and expensive).
