Hey, my name is Anna and I am currently travelling around the world with my boyfriend Yannik. We work as travel bloggers with a focus on sustainability and love good food (preferably vegan), board games and a drink together in the evening.

I have worked on cruise ships seeing many places and now I have the chance to deep dive into cultures and countries, taking pictures of all the memorable moments during our trip. And what makes travelling special? Meeting and getting to know people around the world, making long-lasting memories and friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After travelling through Southeast Asia for 5 months there was just one thing missing: friends! So after we have decided to book a flight ticket to Japan, we signed into couchsurfing.

We love meeting people from different countries, this is the way on how to explore another culture. This is the most memorable moments during travels, the ones you are talking about for years telling your family and friends. So we would love to meet you and also host you once you visit Germany.

Couchsurfing is the gate to explore cultures, make friends around the world and deep dive into a new country.

Music, Movies, and Books

We are both really into rock music and indie rock. I am personally not really into movies, but Yannik is a huge fan of all kinds. Also series he loves a lot and could talk about forever. What he also can talk about forever? Football (soccer), so if you are up to that you can have a chat partner for the whole evening.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We are super thankful for having the chance to travel the world together, exploring cultures and meeting friends from around the world.

Also, I have worked onboard a cruise ship, visiting Svalbard, Greenland, Nova Scotia, Falkland and all kinds of amazing places. Seeing elephants, penguins, sleeping in a hut in the rainforest of Malaysia, singing karaoke until late night on the Seychelles... There is so many amazing memories and we are sure to make more day by day.

Teach, Learn, Share

We love board- and cardgames! So if you are up for a new game that is so much fun we will teach you CABO.

Also, we can teach you some German, telling you everything about our beer-loving (🥰) culture and if you like also take some photos together outside as we are professional photographers.

Also we love to share everything about photography, social media and sustainability :) And if you would like to know how to entertain elderly people, I am also up to that (cruise ship memories, yey!)
