About Me
Seeker, wanderess, daydreamer, storyteller, kitten mom...
Just a Wild Woman wandering the earth, mostly enjoying the human experience. I bring a pretty chill vibe to the environment. I don't like drama, I respect my fellow humans, and always do my best to practice kindness, honesty, and compassion.
I truly believe that we are here to connect with one another, to teach, and to learn from each other.. This is one of the reasons that I am grateful that a resource like CS exists.
I started RV life in the Fall of 2023. Daisy Mae is a 20ft RV, 1986 Toyota Huntsman that I bought in Arizona and drove from West to East. I travel with my Mexican rescue kitten, Mango. We returned to the East coast in July 2024, and have been In NH all year, reconnecting with friends and family.
Alas, it is Autumn again, a time of great change, and I hear the open road calling my name. Slowly but surely, Mango and I are headed back West, though with no particular route, itinerary, or hurry.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I typically do a volunteer work exchange when I travel(internationally), but I want to explore more of the Couchsurfing culture where possible...
Though Mango and I have everything we need in our little home on wheels, the thing we can't take with us is our friends. For all of the blessings and freedom this lifestyle brings, constantly plugging into new communities can be a challenge, and so a conversation or a helpful hint from You would go a long way.
Ideally you would have space for us in your home or else the ability to let us park and plug in. As we move through the warmer states during Autumn and Winter months, a primary concern is keeping him out of extreme temperatures. Mango is very well socialized because this has been our lifestyle since we found each other in Mexico. He gets along with dogs, as long as the dog eventually chills out and doesn't stay up in his face. Mango and I are both house broken and vaccinated:P
I hope that we can spend a bit of time together between my own plans, but I am happy to do my own thing if your schedule doesn't allow for much down time. I'm pretty easy company, i think, and i need very few creature comforts.
My plans are pretty flexible, but if you're open to a longer stay (3-7 days), I am happy to pitch in around the house with small chores.
I love spending time with locals of any new place, because they know where the heartbeat is.
We are just looking for friends and safe spaces as we wander !
Looking forward to meeting you, whoever you are!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moved to Costa Rica in the name of a love story... when it eventually didn't work out, I almost came back to the States, but instead, moved to the jungle in Bocas Del Toro, where I lived at and helped run a cat sanctuary.
