My travel experiences to many countries has made me an experienced teacher and has equipped me, with an incredible grasp and understanding of people including the human body, mind anf sprit. Educated with a Diploma in the Creative Hatha Yoga with Certification and Yoga Alliance. Also qualified in Cultural Studies and design at degree level studied in Germany.

Time spent in India, via many seasons nearly everyday decade, has encouraged one to build up intuitively, own yoga practices now, with also varied and long travel experiences, staying at each country, learning to relate specifically to the indigenous practice see below countries travelled.

Having found Yoga, its a possibility to express oneself (like a dance) and also at the same time it is a deep self-knowledge practice, now teaching it to many.
