I’m a german girl living in the USA for one year. During this year I hope to explore many new places and get to know new people and cultures. In my opinion with every person you meet and every place you visit you will broaden your mind and get a new point of view over the world we love in. It’s my first time in the US and I want to take every chance I get for learning more about this diverse country.

I heard about Couchsurfing through a friend who made great experiences with this portal. I hope to be able to combine travels and meeting new people at one time.

Interests

I really like to explore new places and their residents. In this regard I enjoy learning new languages. I’m a german native speaker, I speak almost fluent English and French and this year I started learning Spanish.
In my free time I either meet up with friends and family, bake and cook, read a book or do sports. I love to go for a hike and this feeling when you reach the top of a mountain, after an exhausting climb is amazing. Though my real passion is playing field hockey while leaving all the stress from everyday life behind me.
