Hi there. My name is Anna and I'm on my third year of learning computer science in Lviv Polytechnic university.
Ever since I can remember, I always felt thrilled thinking about all the wonderful places the world has to offer.
My family did not travel much so during my last year of high school I was lucky to get an opportunity to go to the US for one academic year as an exchange student. I stayed with a wonderful host family of native Americans and I felt in love with all the traditions I experienced.
It was exciting to realise that a country is not just its portrayal in pop culture but also many unique stories and lifestyles.
That's why I decided to use couchserfing - to make good friends and see the world as it is, not just a pretty picture on a silver screen.

Since I was a kid, I was always curious about different cultures and places. Also it's never a bad experience to get to know somebody and feel that everyone is similar no matter where we live.

兴趣

I used to be a huge fangirl of all sci-fi and fantasy shows and books like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and many many more. Now I started to get into period dramas and historical pictures.

I enjoy reading classics like Fitzgerald, Jane Austen, Lev Tolstoy, Victor Hugo.
In music, I can listen almost everything, however I prefer alternative bands like Coldplay, Radiohead.
Also I'm a musical theatre fan so if you like Broadway, we can discuss our favourite plays.
