ABOUT ME

My name is Anna and I share a flat with a fellow student and traveler, named Kelly.

I am an overly friendly American student on a three year program in Paris, France. I love meeting new people, especially experiencing new cultures. I am generally clean, respectful, and calm but am also easily excited and can be quite loud! I love travelling and living in new places. I speak fluent English and French. I am currently (attempting) to learn Japanese.

Kelly is very similar to me, only she comes from South Africa! She speaks fluent English and Afrikaans, and is currently (attempting) to learn French.

We have never used couchsurfing but have heard such good things that we are eager to get started, both hosting and surfing!

Interests

My first time in university, I studied both Art History and History and I minored in French. This time around, I am studying Fashion Design. If I'm not knitting or sewing, I am sipping black coffee on a terrace, trying new food, and drinking in bars.

Kelly has previously studied makeup and photography, and is now currently attending the same fashion design school as I am. She can usually be found outdoors or eating.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My most amazing moment was climbing Mount Fuji. It was an unbelievable, unreal experience I will never forget.

Kelly loves her adrenaline sports. The most amazing moment she has experienced is bungee jumping off the highest bridge in the world.
