Hiking, yoga, going to hear live music, reading when I get the chance. I don't like spending time on activities that don't "lift me up" in some way.
I'm spiritual in the sense that I appreciate thoughtful people who don't claim to "know the truth" about every detail of life's mysteries. My church is about as "progressive" as they come in the "deep south".
