Hello, stranger!

Last year my life soundly changed. I left my native loved-with-all-my-heart town and moved to the big city, as it usually happens with shy but brave girls from countryside in melodrams and romantic novels. Now I live in Saint Petersburg, the north capital of Russia, studying languages and Russian literature, going to the concerts and poetry readings, making wonderful friends. I still cannot stop admiring beauty around and have no idea why living a life is such an amazing thing.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music tastes differ from post-rock and instrumental melodies to alternative and even dark jazz. But if you listen to such bands as Sigur Rós or Radiohead, we'll surely find common ground.

Talking about movies, I absolutely adore films by Andrei Tarkovsky, Lars von Trier and Woody Allen.

Books... a lot of different books. Russian classics and modern best-sellers. "Wind, Sand and Stars" by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, "Cat's Cradle" by Kurt Vonnegut, "The Master and Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov are some of my favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sold few things to buy a ticket for the concert of my all-time favourite music band, sold few more things to buy tickets to come to this concert. Nothing special, maybe. But it is my little dream and I am full of strength to realise it. Though now I am without money and a place to live during my adventure, so I ask for your help, dear strangers. I need to stay in Berlin for a few days from 9 until 13 September. If you can welcome me, I'll be very-very thankfull.
