Hi everyone!
I'm Anna. I come from Russia, from the amazing city of Saint Petersburg, but I live in Germany now because I'm doing my Master degree in Translation Studies here.
I really enjoy living in Europe and I would like to use the opportunity to travel to other European countries, because everything is so close!
I love travelling but I haven't been able to do it much so far. I've been to Sweden, where I totally loved the beatiful city of Stockholm and I've also been to Spain, to Coasta Brava and went to Barcelona as well. This city is unbelievable and amazing!! Since my trip to Spain I started learning Spanish. Spain is in my heart, that's why my destination for the moment is Madrid. I've been dreaming to go there for a long time now and I don't think I can wait anymore!!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I've never travelled with Couchsurfing before and I haven't travelled that much for that matter. But I think it's so much more fun to stay with locals rather that at hotels etc., because only that way you can experience the culture of the country you are visiting, and that's exactly what I'm after.
I think that's also a way to meet really nice people and it's really awesome to know someone who lives in the city, knows stuff about it, like the must-see places, and can share it with you.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I really love rock music, ma favourite bands are Green Day, Papa Roach, Bullet for my Valentine, Rise Against, My Chemical Romance, System of a Down, Nickelback, Billy Talent, Linkin Park and many others

Speaking about films, I love mostly psychological thrillers, there are also others I like, so we better discuss them when we meet:)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

The most amazing thing that has happened to me is moving to Germany. There were so many problems on the way and I had already totally given up, but it happened literally at the last moment - and I could go to study and live here. The whole thing was nerve-wrecking but awesome at the same time - coming to live in completely different country.
It was a huge step in my life, and it has chaged a lot, one could even say, almost everything.

And I can tell you about Germany because after almost a year I know quite a lot:) And the country is wonderful!!
And I can tell you about the places I've been to, I would also love it if you could tell me about your beautiful cities/towns and about where you've been, because the world is sooo big and we have to try to see the most we can.
