I grew up in a little village the south-west of Germany. With the beginnig of my studies (environmental sciences) I discover that I want to get to know more of what surrounds me; by travelling, by meeting people, by learning new skills. So I spent one year in Peru, then one year on an ecological Farm and after that some time in a Community wirth disabled people. currently I am on my way Back to university.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To my mind couchsurfing is a great opportunity because it makes travelling in every country a unique experience. I appreciate the fact that people get in touch on a non-monetary basis, and rather exchange other things like experience, culture, trust and kindness.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like to read and if I find a book that really interest me, I can spent the whole day reading. One of my favourite books is probably Harry Potter. I also like authors like John Green, Markus Zusak, Jonas Jonasson, Fred Vargas and Gabriel García Márquez.
I woudn't say that I'm an expert when it comes to movies but I like the style of french movies because they have a very special humor. Moreover I really like movies that make me laugh.
My favourite bands are some german bands (like Kraftklub, Von Wegen Lisbeth). Recently I started listening to James Bay.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A two days trip in the peruvian Andes. The only time I travelled alone not knowing where the path might lead me.

I can share my idea of living. What I think is really important in life and what every single one wants to reach. I'm looking forward to get to know new points of view, discussing with people.
Probably I can also share a bit about vegan lifestyle (even if I'm not a complete vegan) and about relation between human and nature.
