Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, I guess my answer will not be brand new and creative. As most of us, I want to meet new people. I strongly believe that you can’t know the country well, until you know the local ones. When you speak to people from different parts of the world and learn something new from them, you break your own frames and your own stereotypes.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music
I was listening to a rock music since my childhood (thanks to Dad), but now it really depends on my mood. In daily life I listen Indie rock (well I’m not sure, but Google said it’s indie rock and I trust to Google). Russian bands and singers are all the time in my playlist (Atl, Мы, tommy cash, the hatters, обе две, щенки и т.д)
Short list of my favorite bands: Is tropical, Sofi Tukker, RHCP, Placebo, Linkin Park, Gesaffelstein, Florence + The machine, Moby. I really enjoy last Rammstein album. And I’m crazy about old pop music: Rusted roots, Lipps Ink.
Films
Talking about the films, 2 my favorite directors are Charlie Chaplin and Tim Burton. I’ve seen all of their films at least 2 times. I really like British and French movies: Harry Potter (ofc!), Street cat named Bob, Seven psychopaths, The best exotic Marigold Hotel, 1+1, taxi and more and more and more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) slept several nights on the beach of Atlantic Ocean
2) visited more than 20 popular bands concerts (Linkin Park, Green Day, Red Hot Chilly Peppers and etc)
3) traveled through the USA east coast with the help of couchsurfing
4) been to 5 countries this year and spent only 450 euros on everything, including flights, food, entertainment and etc

What I Can Share with Hosts

Now I live with my parents 😐, so I can’t host anyone, but I will be really happy to meet and to walk around. I can show you some local places, take you to a rooftop, bars and clubs, provide with funny stories, help with transportation and advice some places to visit.
