Overview
About Me
Moved to Norway in 2022 as a skilled worker. Curious about everything. Local activist, ukrainian-belarusian-norwegian, with evil sense of humour, but deeply kind in reality. I generally like people and enjoy a lot any kind of social activities.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have some really close friends thanks to CS, and I know for sure that it's a beautiful way to know people. I can't choose what I Iike more - to host or to surf, so I do both, and I'm so thrilled every time!
Interests
I'm speaking (and working with) 5 languages. Most of them are slavic and very cool. I don't count English, because I use it just for fun. If I'll get the guitar, I can sing songs in all of them including English (because singing is fun!).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Swam in the icy cold North Sea at 2015
Started to learn Norwegian at 2019
Was a short-term political prisoner in Belarus in 2020 (who was not?)
Translated two books at 2021 (what a year!)
Divorced and moved to Norway in 2022.
Conclusion: swimming in the North Sea can be dangerous for you normal life, haha.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can tell you that noone is saying "na zdorovie" instead of "cheers" in Russian. I can teach you how to juggle. It may take some time, but it's good if you are dropping plates too often and want to stop. If you don't - feel free and enjoy dropping your plates as long as you need, just be careful with mine 😋. Carpe diem!
