Hi, I’m Anna from Germany.
I just started my first big trip from Germany to southeast Asia in September (2025), so I’m new at Couchsurfing :)

I just finished Highschool and now I’m taking a gap-year, to figure some things out, means I’m sooo curious to meet new people, eat different food, listen to more music and learn about cultures, believes and development (you’ve heard that before).🧳🚂🚶🏻‍♀️‍➡️

The whole march my boyfriend is coming from Germany to travel with me through Kazakhstan and Kirgistan. He is 21 years old and a really kind and open person. You can see pictures of us together at my collection.

If you are interested in showing me your city/village or not is both 100% okay for me, I’m thankful for every moment I have on this journey, I’m flexible and not sad doing things by myself at all!

I’m a backpacker and very low budget means I’m not able to pay for the place where I sleep, but I can help you with dishes, go out with your dog🐶 , help in the garden etc. I like to work and to help so if you need me in any kind of way tell me!🥰

I’m very thankful about this opportunity here and I will never think that this is something that can be taken for granted!

I have a big thing for exploring different types of music, listening to a lot of artists and bands. I’m always very happy if people show me their music taste. So if you like play music whenever you want while I’m with you, I will enjoy it.🎶

I’m not into any kind of physical touch (only with people I really know) so I don’t like often hugs or those little touches. It’s important for me that people respect that. I don’t want to be disrespectful or mean with that it’s just a personal thing🫶🏼 (I learned now that it’s better to write that because some people don’t understand :) )

One important fact about me is that I’m vegan (not vegetarian)🌱 . But you don’t have to worry about that. I will take care about the food situation by myself but if you have any vegan cuisine (sometimes you are surprised how much vegan food we have on this world without noticing) I would love to try. I don’t have any problem with somebody else eating meat next to me or something like that etc. If you are interested in that topic I can explain how/why I got vegan three years ago, if not, I won’t bother you with that topic.

I’m so excited to meet so much new kind and open people! I thank everyone who helps making traveling like this a lot more easy❤️☀️

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I crossed the Caspian Sea by ferry from Aserbaidschan too Kazakhstan. I made the “tour de lauro” when I was 13/14 where we rode with a bicycle 1000km in two weeks.
