ABOUT ME

I am a 24 year old who just finished au pairing in Madrid for three months and am now traveling Europe with my boyfriend Steve. So far we've visited Spain, Portugal, France, Ireland, and the UK, staying mostly in hostels and camping. We're hoping that couchsurfing will allow us to see much more of Europe and have more genuine, local experiences in the countries we visit. We are both outgoing, conscientious, and fun-living people who will show the upmost respect and gratitude for our hosts. We are also very much looking forward to hosting travelers once we return home, to "give back" to couchsurfing and share our own culture with other world travelers.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am traveling with my boyfriend of 9 years so we are looking for hosts. Once we get back to our home in the US, we would love to start hosting couch surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, but I've heard really great things about it and am looking forward to a first experience!

I love learning about different places and cultures, and am interested in just about everything in the places I visit: the food, the people, language, history, music, art, EVERYTHING! when I'm not traveling, I work as a counselor for children and also as a Barista in a cafe.
