CURRENT MISSION
Planning a trip to Isfahan, where my husband will spend a couple of months.

ABOUT ME
This small town 30-year old from northern Sweden has fallen in love with languages in general and Dari in particular. At the moment I try to transform my poor knowledge of classical Persian into modern Dari.

I live with my husband and my daughter, our hope is that she will grow up with four languages.

PHILOSOPHY

Simply trying to keep a open-minded and an optimistic view of life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted in Sweden as well as surfed myself in Iran, Australia and USA. At the moment I just want to meet up and maybe host, but I hope to have time to do some surfing myself soon again as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The best couchsurfing experience so far was when I couchsurfed my way through Iran during the spring of 2014. It was a fantastic experience to see another side of the country than I had before; to meet locals and having the privilege of staying in their home is an experience which always enriches you.

兴趣

Interests are often more fleeting than I wish to admit, perhaps since I’m driven by a wish for knowledge in itself.
What I do know is that I love to learn and help others, and today Persian and volonteering occupy my time. Also, I have always spent a lot of my time in the forest and I’m quite good at finding the local mushrooms…
