I worked on Lesvos as a field coordinator with a Dutch NGO for the past 8 months. I finished my contract and am no travelling back to the Netherlands via Belgrade, Sarajevo, Lubljana and Berlin. I am 27 years old and have worked in Greece for over the past year with various NGO´s.

First couch surf experience was ago in Chile a few years ago, which was great, but I have not yet had the chance to host anybody myself. I know from experience how great it is to meet locals and stay with them. It can be more fun and be a more honest and useful experience than staying with other travellers (although also fun of course).
