About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to experience the world and meet people. Share experiences, visions of life and so on with people from all over our planet. I'd love to know more about different ways of living except from my own.

ABOUT ME

I enjoy life as much as possible, trying to get out the most from my time here on earth. I have a big interest in experience other cultures and learn things from people all over the world.

I am a kind and social person who likes to travel light and to feel as free as possible. I think that the world is our home and the people our family with who we shall share love and understanding. I hope I will meet many inspiring personalities during my travelling and hosting.

I'm living on the countryside in a small village called Veberöd, about 20 km from Lund and 40 km from Malmö. I live together with four friends on a smaller farm with a big garden and some animals. We have some horses on a hill nearby, some hens, rabbits, bees, cats and a big kind dog named Astrid. Our vision is to become as selfsufficient as possible so we grow lots of vegetables and fetch our own breakfast eggs. I ride a lot in the woods nearby, and I see my riding as a form of art, so the horses are a big interest of mine as well.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in reinkarnation of the soul, and that we have to learn new things during every lifetime. All difficulties we're going through is something we need to experience to become a wiser personality. For me, that's been through quite a lot, this way of thinking makes it easier to live.

I try to make my life as meaningfull as possible by apprechiating every day. I also try to apprechiate the small things in life. I want to see as much as I can of all the wonderfull things our beautiful world has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have a big house with plenty of space for couchsurfers to come visit us. You can stay for as long as you like and if you like to you are more than welcome to help us with the daily work at the farm. Take care of all the animals, clear of weeds in the garden, and lots of other farmer's work.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been travelling through the middle east together with my friend Anna-Cajsa the winter of 2009. We spent as many nights as possible at CS-people's, and that's was an amazing experience. I've met many wonderful personalities and I'm so happy with the CS-community!

I also travelled through Sweden the summer of 09 by bicycle and I met many different people who offered me to sleep at their place, and so I did. I was overwhelmed by the sharety they showed me and I hope I will be able to do the same to others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've

Teach, Learn, Share

I spend some of my time by studying a special way of horsebackridning called Academic Art of Riding. This is a historical genre of riding, were you try to educate yourself and your horse the same way they did in the 16th century when they used the horses as weapons in battle. Look at an old painting of a battle were the horses kicks and fight on command! I can offer a tour in the woods by horse-back. The surroundings here are amazing and from the horse-back it's even better - you don't have to walk so you can really enjoy the views!
