Hi!!

I'm a cheerful and open-minded girl from Girona (Catalonia) who loves traveling and meeting new people! I'm new at couchsurfing (in the "web" way, because I've done it for years!) so I'm discovering how this platform works :P

I spend my free time hiking, reading book books (I read essay but also novels, specially Sci-Fi novels!) and cinema, among other hobbies. I would spend all evening having a good chat and a cup of coffe :)

Currently, I'm doing my Ph.D. thesis about energy inequalities in an ecological transition scenario.

I'd like to meet new people and discover new places!

Couchsurfing is a good way to travel in an authentic and simple way. It let you meet new people around the world, but also spend time with new people, and know other places through the travelers eyes, when you are at home and you don't have time to travel. Then, it's a win-win solution!

I love good music, specially Live music and going to concerts! I like Spanish Indie music, but also I can spend a night in the Opera or listening a good Classical concert.

I'm a little bit eclectical in this field, but It could be a good point because I'm open to listen and learn about almost every genre and type of music!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've been living abroad in different countries and I've been participating in volunteering projects for a while :)

Some years ago I spent some time in a Tortoise Refugee in Lower California (Mexico). I lived in a tortoise reserve that was like a natural paradise without any human building or structure. It was like returning to some time step when the humans didn't have destroyed everything. Every day we took care of the tortoise nests and the eggs and eventually we released baby tortoises to the sea.

I can teach Spanish and Catalan (my mother tongues)
I'm a good cooker, so we can share a good meal and we can learn cooking from each other :)

When I have a free room at home I can offer a bed to spend a night or more, but I doesn't always happen. If it's not possible, I can offer my time and a good chat :)
