Hey I’m Anna, 22, from Germany. I'm starting an Erasmus stay in Lugo this month and I'd love to get to know the place and the people around also outside of the University.
I love to be outside in nature and share meals, stories and music with friends (or strangers soon to be friends).
Also I'm learning Spanish right now but sometimes I get really shy using what I know already...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couch surfing is the best way to get to know a place and connect with the people!
I always learn something new and leave with a happy heart.

Interests

I really enjoy partner sports like acrobatics or acroyoga that require a certain amount of trust in your partner.
Lately I'm also getting more and more interested in dancing, but more freely like in an ecstatic dance or Contact Improvisation, but here I am very far away from being a pro!😅
I also love to enjoy nature on a good hike and collect all different kinds of herbs and plants to create nice infusions, salads, or oils. I am very excited to learn more about the Flora of Galicia!

Right now I am binging Avatar (not the movies the show).
Book would be definitely women who runs with the wolves.
And for music I just recently kinda fell in love with Ska.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saved and raised a baby bird I found on the street! To be a bird mom was an amazing experience they are so cute and funny.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some cool tricks like a handstand or how to make a pyramid, not sure if that is usefull knowledge tho.
I hope to gain some more Spanish skills while being here and maybe also some new recipes if you'd like to share some of your favorites.
