I am American, LOVE to travel and explore new places, foods, cultures and languages. It is so fun and interesting. I spent 4 years living abroad, in Europe, South America, and Asia, and it has changed the way I think and see the world. I am divorced with a daughter born in 2005.

I get into conversations with strangers wherever I go because I am curious about people, about exchanging ideas, and I suppose that it's because I care about people, too.

I love meeting new people and learning new things from them. I love interesting conversations!

I am open to hosting people in my home here in Clearwater. It's a wonderful place to explore nature, wildlife, beaches, and soak up the sun. My house is a 2-bedroom and has a futon in the living room and a day bed in the Florida room (enclosed sun porch). I'm a 15-minute drive to Clearwater Beach : )

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed at Vincenzo Pasquantonio's apartment in New Orleans -- great experience getting to know him and other locals, and see NOLA from a local's perspective.

I hosted a Frenchwoman (Pascal) and her daughter several years ago, and we are still in touch today on Facebook. They stayed 2 nights and we have become friends. Wonderful experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've experienced is the birth of my daughter. To think that we can reproduce a perfect little human being in just 9 months is truly miraculous.

Also, when I realized how much personal power we all have. This may sound corny or stupid to some people, but it is very real for me.
