Hi! I am Anne-Laure, I am French and I am currently a teaching assistant in French in Pennsylvania. After having finished my studies, I decided that I wanted to travel, explore around and here I am! I love traveling (like any of you ^^), reading, singing (but only in the shower for the moment haha)... I am not really a sporty person but I enjoy walking and cycling around.

In the US I got the opportunity to try twice Couchsurfing and I really like meeting new hosts, getting insider tips and sharing moments with them (but I am not intrusive and I am independent as well, don't worry ;) ).

I really like this alternative way of traveling and the way it enables me to meet people with different backgrounds, cultures, etc. It is also an amazing opportunity to meet people who live in an area I want to explore and who can give me advice or tips about.

For me, there is nothing more boring than a hotel room and I enjoy sharing with people who like traveling as I do!
I like sharing a drink or a meal out but I also enjoy chatting for hours around a warm cup of tea.

音乐、电影和书籍

It's kind of difficult to make a choice but I would say that my favorite movies are The Awakening and The Dead Poets' Society! Not the most joyful movies but I can also enjoy comedies and cheesy romcoms :)
My tastes in music are very eclectic, from pop music to folk or jazz. And I have to admit my guilty pleasure for musicals ;)
I cannot make up my mind about my favorite books but the latest I enjoy the most were Delicacy (David Foenkinos) and A million little pieces (James Frey).

Can paragliding be considered as something amazing? ^^ Otherwise, I'd would think about some beautiful landscapes I've seen like this unforgettable sunset on my way back from Soweto :)

What I prefer in Couchsurfing is the opportunity to know more about the passions driving someone and all the adventures they experienced! I also love learning languages and those funny expressions can cannot be translated ^^

I can share my experiences and tastes with hosts, I like cooking (some crepes maybe?) and I would be glad to teach them some French words if they feel like doing so ;)
