Hi there,

I´m Anne, 24 years old, living in Utrecht, Holland with my boyfriend. I finished studying a year ago, have been working ever since. Different projects and jobs, nothing final yet. When my boyfriend also finished his studies, we decided to travel together in South-East Asia. We started this year in september and plan on staying until februari/march. I enjoy learning new things, learnt diving and meditating. Meeting new people through couchsurfing or just while traveling. And learning about other cultures, for which couch surf meet ups are great. We surfed three times now, although it doesn't show on my profile because it was arranged via Whatsapp and messaging.

I think it's great to get to know people this way and I always find it so much more interesting to get to know a city from or with people who live there and know it inside out.

Interessi

My last job was working with kids with a disability where I was the manager and worked with a team of volunteers to give these children a great time during their holidays. I love doing sports, such as cycling, squash, pole fitness, swimming and diving although I can also be really lazy, lying at the beach, snoozing or watching pretty pictures on Instagram. I love hanging out with my friends or my boyfriend and spend a lot of my time doing that.

Musica, film e libri

I like lots of films: The selfish giant, the imitation game, ex machina, stepbrothers, tangled, gone girl. Most of the books I read are about psychology ;) The rest of the time I adjust what I'm reading to my current interest, such as books about Asia or Buddhism. And I like music that is a mixture of trap, R&B, house and electronic music, which usually makes me friends say that my taste in music sucks ;)

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

When I was 19 I spent a year just going to countries, finding a job and creating a life for myself. I went to Italy, the UK and Germany and I loved it!

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

I'm a friendly, interested, sensitive person that her best not to be a burden if I'm hosted. And not having the obligations of daily life to stress me out, makes me a very relaxed person to hang with who will ask you a lot about you're culture and country.
