My name is Anne-Marie and I recently moved to Sydney for a study abroad program, from Utrecht, the Netherlands. I am 22 years old and I study Law in Rotterdam.

I love travelling, beaches, hiking, nature, music, dogs (basically all animals) and I like to go out every once in a while.
I would describe myself as a happy, easygoing girl who loves to meet new people. I'm super excited to try out couch surfing and I hope to meet a lot of nice locals through this way!

My brother and his girlfriend told me about couch surfing, since they had already used this platform a couple of times and it sounded like so much fun to me! I think couch surfing is a great way to come in touch with the locals and to learn more about their culture.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Two years ago I went with one of my best friends on a road trip to Austria. We came up with the plan two days before the actual trip so it was pretty random. We drove to the most beautiful place in the mountains and we just slept in the car.
It was so much fun and I felt so happy, young and free! We did a lot of hiking there as well and we petted the wild cows in the mountains.

- Typical Dutch food like stamppot (mashed potatoes with vegetables). We have an interesting way of cooking in the Netherlands and not everyone likes it, but if you want to try it I'm happy to make you some!
