My first language is French, but as it is written higher on this page, I'm fluent in English. I'm a student, not really active on couchsurfing for now: I was only very curious to know how the whole thing worked like, because I'm planning to travel a lot by my own after college.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I wanted to discover this travel network: I'm planning to travel on my own for a few months two years from now. I'm not "verified" yet, I didn't want to pay and not use the website in an active way. I love learning about new cultures and meeting people. I would like to host, but I have 3 roommates and I'm not sure they would appreciate it if I invited travellers for the moment. When I'll live on my own, I definitively will host. Even though I don't host for the moment, I would appreciate to meet people from everywhere around the globe!

Centres d'intérêt

I really enjoy watching movies and I'm interested into cinematographic culture. I like food, too. I like watching plays, and acting too. I'm part of an improv team (the full term in English would be theatrical improvisation... it's a typical thing from Quebec ;)). A last thing I really like is reading: I think we mostly acquire knowledge by reading and travelling.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Nothing really big yet. I don't know... maybe an experiment on cancer cells with antioxidants I had the chance to do a couple of years ago. The experiment didn't go really far even though it worked well on a couple of samples, and I don't think it's "amazing", but I was proud of accomplishing this. Today I know I won't ever become a doctor because I didn't enjoy lab work and besides, I'm bad at maths, physics and chemistry. At least the experiment made me learn a lot about myself!
