I am a mother and a theatre director, almost 50 years old and living in Helsinki, Finland. I have a husband who is an actor and a clown (!) and two wonderful daughters, aged 9 and 11. I am passionate about my kids, my work and travelling and other cultures. I am very sociable, open and fun, love to get to know new people.

More than travelling I have always loved living in other countries. I want to get to know people and get the feeling of everyday life in the country I'm visiting. I also want to teach my kids that travelling is about meeting people, understanding different cultures.

I love latin music, jazz, West African music, classical music... Oh movies, I cannot list my favourites here, too many; some of my favourite directors; Almodóvar, Lars von Trier, Wong Kar-wai, Kaurismäki, Miyazaki. Books, oh well, same problem, but maybe some favourites; The Master and Margarita by Bulgakov, Anna Karenina by Tolstoy, Murakami, Samuel Beckett...
