ABOUT ME

I'm passionate and active. I'm about building community, having people over for dinner, for brunch, for potlucks. I love sing-a-longs/jam sessions, I have a great sense of humor. I'm organized and have great follow through but my flip side is my sense of adventure. Life is short, take advantage of the opportunities to see beautiful things and places, spend time with incredible people.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we can create the space in which we encounter each other. Therefore, I approach life as an opportunity to meet incredible people that will make my time on this earth rich and beautiful.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If there is dancing, I'll be one the last to leave the floor, if it's about sharing a meal, put me in the middle of a long table of people and I will live it up. If there is a hike to be had, a bike ride to take, a yoga class nearby, an impromptu sing-a-long, count me in. I smile, a lot. In fact this is often how I met new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had some great experiences while traveling in Italy.

兴趣

I love to dance (currently taking Argentinean Tango), road biking, tennis, walking and hiking. I love humor (used to have a large humor collection), I'm a big reader, music lover (sing, play piano, a little guitar), speak Spanish comfortably.I I enjoy classical music and opera in addition to live music, current pop music etc. The theatre, the ballet, walking tours, museums...yes please!

My musical tastes range from opera to Afropop and a capella. Movies...I love the classics like Holiday Inn but also enjoyed the newest Star Wars.

I'm currently reading Flourishing: Why we need religion in a globalized world; and The Yiddish Police Men's Union. I read most genres. These days non-fiction set outside the U.S. is keeping my attention.
