One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Myanmar me and a friend met a monk who took me all day around to show me his city (Mandalay). After a full day program including a meeting with the most senior monk, he invited us to 'his village'. When we arrived there the whole village was gathered together in one room. We could not believe it but they had prepared a whole delicious meal! 'our' monk appeared to be the leader of the village, and we had no clue at first! We had an amazing time with these Wonderful people. I was amazed by their kindness and hospitality :)

Another experience was in Jordan, we slept in the dessert underdeed the stars, drove around in a jeep and walked around with the sheep. Every hour the dessert looks different and it feels like you are in a whole new environment.
