ABOUT ME

I'm a lover of the outdoors, and animals, and growing things, thus the farming ambition. I just got out of the Air Force after 10 years, and life is fantastic! I'm traveling around Cali, looking for the perfect spot to live and hopefully someday have a farm. I have too many interests to put down here, but I'm also recently contemplating getting serious about writing. Poetry has me pretty excited right now. I'm originally from Salt Lake City (which is currently having a pretty sweet snow year)and have lived in several other places while in the Air Force.

well, it's hard to choose just one--probably the top one is treat others like you like to be treated. Imagine a world where everyone practices that!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently joined because I'm house hunting around California, looking for a nice place with nice people and a nice job! It's hard to get to know people from a hotel, so couch surfing seemed like a better way. Someday, when I'm not homeless, I'll be able to share my home with others to pay on the kindness shown to me.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One time, I was camping in Southern Utah, and at around the time the sun went down, I heard a noise over my shoulder. I looked to the right, and saw a meteorite coming down only a few hundred yards away. I could clearly see the rock and it was rapidly shedding little pieces of rock. There was a big flame coming off of it, and the flame was every color. Red, and orange, and green and blue, and there were little flames coming off the little rocks as it was breaking up. By the time it reached the ground it was nothing but little pebble sized rocks. That image is burned in my brain forever.

I can share experiences I've had as a pilot flying to many different places in the world and the perspective I have from getting to know lots of different kinds of people. I'm excited to continue to meet new people and keep adding to my experience with humanity!
