I offer a comfortable stay for guests who are independent and respectful of a shared home.

Due to my work schedule, I am generally not available for socializing or guiding. I work long hours throughout the week and travel frequently, so I may not be home or may return late at night.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with one dedicated guest room available, suitable for a maximum of two people. On occasion, a guest may stay in the living room for a short period.

I have two cats, Byol and Felix. They are well-behaved and use a designated toilet area.

Kitchen access for light cooking
Nearby supermarkets within walking distance

House rules:

Strictly non-smoking (including balcony)
No heavy drinking
Please maintain cleanliness and respect shared spaces

This setup is best suited for guests who are self-sufficient and comfortable with minimal host interaction.
