About Me
Hi there, I am actress. Did lots of stage work in Hong Kong, a bit on TV and a tiny bit on films. Just finished my master course in acting in one of my dream drama schools in London and signed an agent - life couldn’t be any better, isn’t it? (Or, maybe it’s the beginning of a poor actress/waitress life, who knows?)
Interestingly, I started as a lawyer many moons ago. Ha, a very familiar story for many dream chasers - I did something in order to fulfill others’ expectations of me at first but then realised this is my life and I have to be honest to myself and live out my passion. That’s why I quitted my legal job (it’s been a crisis, believe me) and then became who I am now.
In addition to attending all the castings and waiting for opportunities to come, I have created my solo show, finished a run on Camden Fringe with good reviews and will do it again in December in Central London. I am also bubbling with ideas on writing a full-length play ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to see the world and make international friends! That’s something very natural for me as an actress. I am interested in life and people. And I know through the eyes of my international friends, I will be able to see different worlds. Reality is not objective but subjective - oops, sometimes I am a bit too philosophical and pretend to be an academic but more often than not , I just enjoy laughing and making silly jokes with friends.
