ABOUT ME

I am originally from North Dakota but have lived and worked on the East Coast of the US since 2009. I smash together words about travel & culture for the travel app TripScout!
I love traveling, exploring, hearing stories, writing stories, and EATING. SO MUCH EATING.

PHILOSOPHY

I dream so big. I make crazy plans for the future, but try my hardest to live each day at a time.

I am trusting, and very adventurous.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I left home and moved half way across the country. I enrolled in a state school that had 40,000 students. (I graduated in a class of 99!)
I met dozens of amazing people. Made several best friends. Discovered new religions, foods, languages, cultures. Learned to drive in the 11th largest city in the US. Jumped off a 30 foot cliff into a limestone quarry! Attended the nation's largest college event. And had the time of my life!!!
It was so scary being left alone in a strange state.
But I thank God that I took that chance.
I am a stronger person because of this experience.

I am in the process of learning Italian, and would love to practice my Italian with a native speaker.
I'd be able to help anyone with their English.
I also am wise to the ways of Adobe Photoshop if anyone is interested in knowing more about it.
I also cook and know American Sign Language, yay!
