Music, Movies, and Books

Music is my passion. Live music is one of the most powerful things we can experience together. The sound of a banjo can change my day around in a moment.I read just about anything I can get my hands on, but lean more towards books of natural healing, health and so on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hooping on the side of the Ozark mountains with my dearest friends as the sun came up over the trees has been one of the most amazing moments of my short life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a teacher by profession. I teach middle school students with significant disabilities. I consider myself a teacher every hour of every day. I love to share my knowledge of meditation, alternative educational practices, and creating from "upcycled" materials.
