ABOUT ME

Too old to tell you ALL about me! But briefly, I've travelled to over 60 countries and lived in seven. Was in Asia over 5 yrs, inc 3 in Viet Nam, 3 years in Kenya and the last 3 in Ecuador. I'm passionate about respecting Mother Earth and treating animals kindly and I aim to enlighten and inspire on these issues through my art, writing and teaching. I love the ocean, wildlife, permaculture, reading, writing, World Music, Ecstatic Dance, yoga, languages, exploring other cultures, etc etc.
In previous lives I was a carpenter, tree trimmer, gardener, sailor and 'beautiful rebel'!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was a 'dormant' member for several years. I was hosted kindly as I left UK and on my arrival in Guayaquil, Ecuador and then in Loja four years ago. I was not in a position to host but I've enjoyed meeting up with surfers in Nairobi and Vilcabamba.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much formally, but plenty informally with good friends in past years & weeks.

Interesses

Swimming in natural bodies of water, horse-riding, bird-watching, enjoying the glory of nature, growing and cooking healthy food
