About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Traveling from Chicago to Portland in August 2013

ABOUT ME

Swing set expert, long walk taking, roller blade enthusiast looking to move across the country in 4.5 months with my best friend, Sandy.

I hula-hoop everyday, rain or shine. I love the sound of acoustic guitars and the smell of burning candles. I believe in equality for all and that laughter can cure anything. I live for live shows, being outside and artistic expression. I have no fears about public speaking but I have a serious phobia of tornadoes. I love to write, explore new places and meet new people. I have a thing for conversations worth having and spoken-word poetry.I have the female-symbol tattooed on my shoulder and I catch myself staring at it all the time. I am an activist for causes I believe in but I will never refuse to listen to others. I am a night owl. I am a music addict and show no signs of recovering. My style is unique and random, kinda like me

PHILOSOPHY

treat others as you wish to be treated.

do not look down on anyone unless it's to help them up

attitude is everything

you have to be willing to be happy about nothing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everyday is amazing.

My first road trip from Chicago to Vermont was incredible and really eye-opening.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love listening to people. I pride myself on being a non-judgmental individual who practices self awareness and tolerance of all people.

You cannot put a price on talking to someone knowing they are listening to you without judgement -- really listening. It may sound silly but I feel it is the greatest gift I have to give.

Also I could tally teach ou how to hula-hoop :-)
