Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea and principle of couchsurfing and that it is built on trust. The best of all my travels is always the nice people I have met on my way!

Interests

I love doing travel plans. And change them during travelling all the time.
I like doing sports like biking, running and swimming. But I enjoy as well staying the whole day inside on a rainy sunday.
Mountains or sea? I can't decide - can I have both, please?
No day in summer without ice cream!
I love the Netherlands because there are the most beautiful tulip fields, Italy because I could eat the whole day pizza, Spain because I love to speak Spanish (with an incredibly German accent of course :D), the Northsea because of the beautiful Waddenzea, New Zealand because my favourite animals are sheep, Colombia because there are the best fruit shakes in the world, Greece because I love to imagine that there were people a thousands of years before me standing on the Acropolis. I could probably go on with that list forever!
But I never forget how lucky I am to see so many nice places of the world and that we should try to keep the world as beautiful as it is right now.

Music, Movies, and Books

If there is a person I`d have the opportunity to have a dinner with, it would the hero of my childhood, the author Cornelia Funke. I loved here books as a child and still do so nowadays!
