ABOUT ME

I went to a waldorf school when I was young, and then cruised through school. i have a b.f.a., b.e.d.s. and a M.Arch. I have lived in Vancouver, Japan, Halifax, Germany, London, and Vancouver again. I am now an intern architect and find my first experience with full time work much harder than i expected. I live with my boyfriend, Jason, and our cat Stan. I try to go rock climbing in Squamish on the weekends.

PHILOSOPHY

i live my life to be happy, ultimately. to love learning, and share what i love with others. to not only minimally affect the environment, but find a way to positively affect the universe around me. to experience things in this world, be it sadness or failure, success or happiness. to learn what things are of value not only to me but for the community i am living in.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf for couches, and i offer couches when i have one available. mostly for hosting my roommate used his account.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

while in more remote areas in europe, i really enjoyed the characters that i crossed paths with. be it a unique house in the middle of the forrest, a colourful storyteller to sit and chat with, or the magical road less travelled (such as an amazing road in ireland suggested by a man with a cat named cardboard).
i have come across the story teller, the secret information sharer, the drinker, the good downtown location but has to work to afford it...
