Hello! I am Annisa Cheung from Hong Kong and currently majoring in music composition.

People may ask what are the difference between Hong Kong and China and why do I say I am from Hong Kong when it is already handed over to China and became a part of it since 1997. There are plenty of reasons and I would love to share more if we are lucky to meet!

I'd like to explore the world and travelling would be the best option. I wish to travel at least once a year so that I could refresh myself from the busy pace of HK and broaden my horizons by experiencing new culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I first knew Couchsurfing when a senior from my high school started her long journey exploring the world in around a year of time solely by couch-surfing and shared it on Facebook. She shared plenty of experiences which I found amazing and wonderful to have.

I found this way of traveling interesting as I am able to meet (most likely) locals of my destination. I think that meeting different people makes a journey far more impressive than just visiting sight-seeing spot and shop around because I get to know more about different culture around the world.

Cantonese! Surely one of the hardest language to learn especially its pronunciation. And it is different from Chinese. It is my mother tongue by the way.
