Overview
About Me
I studied Environmental Law & am working on various environment & sustainability policies by governments and financial sector. My friends are mostly from this sector as I have worked with Indian Youth Climate Network and other such NGOs. I have started an organic-vegan-Indian fusion food cafe in Udaipur, India. I run a website about food for travellers to India called www.lovemyfood.in and will be increasing this work with food waste action. I have helped set up an organic bakery too in Mumbai, India.
When I travel I am interested to learn how people take care of their culture, environment, language, arts because I am working on the same in India. Also I like to share stories about the mysticism that is India.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined couchsurfing because I travel to outside India a few times every year for work.. In a new place sometimes the only thing you need is great conversation and companion. Couch surfing provides that opportunity.

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything having flute, tabla, ektara, acoustic guitar - yeah I briefly trained to be an instrumentalist till education ruined me.
I became an environmental lawyer and now I follow international negotiations on climate change and do legal review for community rights protection in India.
Movies - thrillers, suspense (Sherlock, Agatha, Vyomkesh which is an Indian TV program), musical comedies.
Books - Sherlock again! Also biographies. Stuff like Blink by Malcolm Gladwell. On Food & Travel. Though I read little, not too many as I already read lots of stuff online and for work.
