To meet locals and get to know more about their culture. Probably not the most original answer I'm sure, but for me meeting locals makes the experience of a place complete.

I'm very interested in photography and I'm working on growing my skills.
Also I'm really an outdoor person. Going camping, hiking and recently also climbing are one of my favorite things to do.
