🇫🇷 FRENCH 🇫🇷 Currently living in South Korea

Hi !

I’m Anouk and I’m a french student in engineering (it’s written Algeria on my profile but that’s just my grandparents origins and since I’m moving a lot for now, I don’t have a fixed place… but I’m definitively from France !). I was using Bewelcome but there aren’t enough people for now so I am also trying Couchsurfing!

All the hospitality and warm I received by hitchhiking around the world and with Bewelcome made me want to meet more of the good humans here and share with them. Can’t wait to have my own house(s) to help people as I have been helped :)

By the way, I’m half french, half italian so I can speak both languages (and English too)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love traveling alone or with some friends so I will be looking for accomodation for me or us. I also enjoy a lot meeting new people and discovering with them new cultures or places.
By the way, I adapt and can become very discret if my host want me to.

兴趣

I practice gymnastics and I often dance salsa and batchata (if you can join me, it would be amazing !!). I spent a looong time studying computer science engineering, my goal is to work in the field of animation and cinema. But since I also love mooving everywhere I still don’t know how I will combine this job with going outside, meeting new people and traveling. Too many criterias !
Also interested in hiking, cooking, playing piano and of course trying new things!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My childhood dream: going in a trip as far as possible just by hitchhiking. That’s how I started to use Bewelcome (which is like Couchsurfing) and it allowed me to make this dream come true in 2023. My friend and I left Rennes (France) and reached Denmark in 3 days. An incredible experience with so many beautiful encounters…
I did it again in America in summer 2024 with my best childhood friend. We left from Quebec City, we went to Gaspesie and then crossed all the east coast of USA (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvanie). I finished alone in Philadelphia (my friend had to go back to France earlier). Something I will never forget.
