Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and learning about different countries. In my opinion, the best way to really get to know a country is traveling around while meeting the people who live there. This way you don't only experience the physical country, but also the people: what drives and worries them, how the society looks like, what their culture and ways of thinking are. I think this part is so underestimated! With couchsurfing I am able to meet the nicest, friendlies and most openhearted people I could think of! 😄

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Actually, the most amazing moments I experienced while traveling where the moments I was unexpectedly helped out big time by strangers. Like a lovely old lady in Sweden who asked me to stay with her after she found out I got a bit lost after an exhausting day of hiking with my backpack. Magical!
