ABOUT ME

I am spontaneous and full of energy. I like new adventures and to travel. Most people say I am a little bit crazy, but I think it's just that I like some action in my life.
I like to manage and organise things. I am a strong person.
I am just finished with High School and next year I will work as an au pair in Germany (Cologne) for 5 months and travel to Thailand, Australia, China and New Zealand for 4,5 months.
My home country is the Netherlands.

PHILOSOPHY

You can do anything in your life you want to do, you just have to work for it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This year I will be at home for, like 2 weeks, so unfortunately I can't receive travellers. However, next year you'll more than welcome.

Interessi

I played violin for 6 years and now I play the viola. I started when I was 8 and I still like it. I played in several youth orchestra. My other hobby is playing waterpolo. I like the roughness of the sport, but it is not that bad as everybody thinks!
I want to study Fashion and Management, so fashion is also a hobby of me.

Musica, film e libri

Books:
I've read so many books in my life, I don't really have a favourite one.
Right now I am reading classical books, like Alice in Wonderland, Pride and Prejudice, The great Gatsby, On the Road etc. (but I also read 50 Shades of Grey!)

Movies:
Fashion documentaries, drama. Everything, exept horror!

Music:
I mostly play classical music with my instrument, so I like to hear that (some people don't). Further: Florence and the machine, Marina and the Diamonds, Colplay, The Pierces, Cranberries (thanks to Dad), Madonna etc.

I play an instrument and I always like to make music with other people and help them with it.
I can speak English, German and Dutch, so if you want to learn anything I'm open for it!
I like to cook, so I would love to learn a special meal from your country!
I like to discuss thought and ideas about the world and about life.
When I'm in Holland I'd love to show you the amazing places in Amsterdam, but that would be in 2013.
