Hi there, I'm Antony but most people call me Ant.

I’m a service engineer living Derby, UK. I lived in France for 5 years where I met lots of couchsurfers and attends lot of language exchange events; making lifelong friends and learning about all sorts of different cultures. Nowadays I’m living back in the UK with my partner and young son.

I'm on here looking to meet people; mainly for when I’m travelling away for work but also open to meeting people at home in Derby too. Happy to grab a drink and make new friends round the country/world. I’m a huge weeb (animé fan), I also love hitting the gym, cooking and baking (please don’t get me started on bread or I will show you my photo album of various loaves). I'm a huge nerd in general really just trying to meet cool people.

Music is pretty varied. I love a love of heavy music like Architects (UK), While She Sleeps, Dayseeker, Wage War, Polaris, Amity Affliction Beartooth and Northlane but I also can really dig acoustic soft stuff like Landon tewers, Jacob Lee and others.

Movies - Too many to count!

Books - My favourite book is actually the Jungle Book. However as a kid I - like everyone - loved Harry Potter and the Inheritance Cycle (Eragon).
