ABOUT ME

trying to laugh, learn french, travel.

i'm an english teacher at two primary schools in perpignan, france. i was thrown into teaching in september '10 and have been learning how to do it, by trial and error, since. i'm hoping to have an idea of whether i'd like to teach in the future by the end of this school year.

i'll be europe until this june so i'm trying to do-see-meet as many things-places-people as possible

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with couchsurfers two years ago while biking from angers, france to san sebastian, spain. met some very hospitable and lovely people along the way. it was a wonderful experience to spend all day wandering south, by bike, and then being brought in by these people who were nothing short of interesting, great hosts.

this last year i've been in france i've stayed with people in lyon and barcelona as well as have hosted at my apartment in perpignan
