About Me
I’m an English guy living in Bern for the last 3 years. I came to work at the Uni, studying ancient Greek literature and the history of religion. Now taking a break from academia and working in a cafe. I love the city.
I always enjoy a good conversation or debate. In my spare time i go rock climbing, read a book or go for a drink. I love cooking. Got into gardening recently and hoping to keep more plants alive next year. Always up for making music, I play guitar and am learning the mandolin.
I have many thoughts but no philosophy. Trying to understanding the many strange ways of human beings is a favourite if futile hobby.
Was just traveling around Andalusia and had an amazing time couch surfing - so I’ve signed up. I live with two flatmates and we have no spare bed/couch, but when one of us is away, guests are welcome. I’m often busy but if I have time I’m always happy to hang out, show you the city, make some food, whatever...
I speak English, Italiano, Deutsch, Schwitzer-Ditsch, Español, Français, ελληνικά (αρχαία και λίγο νέα).
